The company was originally formed in 2005 under the name Mafika NtsweTechnical Support Services and then relaunched and enhanced in 2018 as AND310 Mining Services. The directors have solid mining experience gained in multiple commodities, in particular, diamonds, coal, iron ore, platinum and manganese. Moreover, they have skills in consulting, project management, mine planning, mine management and general management. It is a BBBEE Level 1 company with a 100% back ownership (51% of which is owned by a black female).
